Period Property Pavilion: This important pavilion within the show has been created for the owners of listed properties who would like to retain their original features but need specialist advice and services to deal with all the problems that can occur. Products range from lime plaster and traditional radiators to specialist windows and doors. It delivers a unique opportunity to influence the buying decisions of a hugely ‘active’ visitor. Smart Home Zone: This zone will bring together all the facets of today’s modern home automation marketplace, from lighting controls and video distribution through to control systems, AV systems and security. It will allow visitors to experience the latest products and see how they can improve their homes. Julia Kendell's Interiors Pavilion: This is a brand new area devised and created by the BBC’s Julia Kendell (DIY SOS) and will complete the ‘renovation’ circle by delivering those all important finishing touches. Paints, Fabrics, Lighting, Wall coverings, Furnishing and Flooring will all be presented with useful hints and tips on colour matching and design from one of the UK’s most popular designers.
