Skim plastering a wall
Many plasterers will tell you their trade is an art form. This may be true of polished, Venetian plastering, but traditional plastering is simply a process that requires a great deal of practice to get it right.
This presentation takes you through preparing the wall for plastering, mixing and applying the plaster and finally how to get it flat and smooth.
There is also a section which teaches you how to mend holes in plasterboard.

Whether the latest bout of cold weather is to blame, or you have simply miscalculated with an electric drill, a burst or punctured pipe can be a very expensive event.
Our presentation will show you 3 ways to repair the damage with the minimum of fuss and expense. You will learn which tools you need to keep in your toolbox and which plumbing fittings to keep on the shelf in the garage.
